1. How long does delivery take?

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this number to follow your package in real time.
Tracking updates usually take 24–72 hours.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Shipping fees and delivery time depend on the destination.

4. What if I entered the wrong address?

If the order has not shipped, we can correct it.
If already shipped, we cannot guarantee retrieval or replacement.

Email us within 48 hours with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • Its packaging

  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.

11. Do you charge customs or import taxes?

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, depending on your country.
